Exotic Cars for Corporate Events and Client Entertaining

Corporate bookings behave differently from weekend rentals. The car is rarely the point — the meeting, the activation, or the client is. What matters is that it shows up on time, in the right condition, at the right address, and that nobody on your side has to manage it. Here's how businesses actually use the fleet.

Four common corporate use cases

1. Executive and client transport

Professional point-to-point chauffeur service, typically in the Mercedes-Benz S580 at $600 or the Cadillac Escalade at $600 for groups. Discreet, quiet, and the right level of formality for airport runs, board meetings, and client dinners. Nobody on your team parks, waits, or drives.

2. A client-facing arrival

When the arrival is part of the impression — a closing dinner, a signing, a high-value client visit — the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge at $1,500 or the Rolls-Royce Wraith at $1,200 carry it without being loud about it. The Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 at $800 is the same idea with more edge.

3. Static displays at events and activations

We bring the fleet to your event. A Ferrari 488 GTB, a Lamborghini Huracán Evo Spyder, or a pairing of both, placed as a centerpiece for a trade show booth, a dealership or brokerage open house, a golf outing, or a product launch. This is a genuine service line for us, not an afterthought — it's how a lot of our corporate relationships start.

4. Incentives, retreats, and charter

Top-performer rewards and executive retreats tend to combine vehicles with private aviation or yacht charter. Charter is always customized — light jets through heavy jets, and sport yachts — so pricing is quoted against the itinerary rather than published.

Membership: standing access to the fleet

If your business uses vehicles repeatedly through the year — quarterly client events, a recurring activation calendar, regular executive transport — membership gives you standing access rather than a new negotiation every time. It's the right structure when the question stops being 'can we get a car for Thursday' and becomes 'what do we have available this quarter'.

Delivery across the corporate corridors

Most of our corporate volume is outside the Loop. Oak Brook — with its corporate headquarters, shopping district, and club venues — is one of our busiest delivery destinations, and Naperville is close behind, driven by its corporate presence and downtown/Riverwalk event venues. We also deliver to Hinsdale, Lake Forest, Winnetka, and Highland Park.

What a corporate booking requires

  • Self-drive rentals require a valid driver's license and full coverage comprehensive/collision insurance from the driver, plus a refundable deposit — $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the vehicle.
  • Chauffeured bookings and static displays remove the driver requirement entirely, which is usually the deciding factor for company events.
  • Listed rates are for 24-hour periods; multi-day event coverage is discounted and quoted per booking.

For event dates, multi-vehicle displays, or membership details, call or text (312) 724-7883 or email info@axelluxury.com. Full rates for every vehicle are on the fleet page.
