Membership: standing access to the fleet

If your business uses vehicles repeatedly through the year — quarterly client events, a recurring activation calendar, regular executive transport — membership gives you standing access rather than a new negotiation every time. Most of our corporate volume is outside the Loop. Oak Brook — with its corporate headquarters, shopping district, and club venues — is one of our busiest delivery destinations, and Naperville is close behind, driven by its corporate presence and downtown/Riverwalk event venues. What a corporate booking requires

• Self-drive rentals require a valid driver's license and full coverage comprehensive/collision insurance from the driver, plus a refundable deposit — $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the vehicle.
• Chauffeured bookings and static displays remove the driver requirement entirely, which is usually the deciding factor for company events.
• Listed rates are for 24-hour periods; multi-day event coverage is discounted and quoted per booking.
